UK CMMI® market trends

The UK no longer leads the way in terms of appraisals conducted in Europe (a distant second to France and only just ahead of Spain), and in a global ranking of the number of SCAMPI A appraisals conducted the UK is behind USA, China, India, Japan, France, South Korea, Taiwan and even Brazil[1]. So is use of the CMMI® in decline in the UK? Are organisations using other process improvement models, or does the SCAMPI A appraisal data hide other, more interesting trends?

In this presentation, Neil Grover looks at some of the emerging trends for usage of the CMMI® models in the UK, based on the recent experiences of some of Lamri’s clients and assesses how the new CMMI-ACQ and CMMI-SVC constellations may change the market in the next few years.
