CMMI® at Deutsche Bank
In this presentation Deepak will explain the journey Deutsche Bank Personal and Corporate Banking IT undertook to introduce a CMMI®-based process improvement program (SPI). We will understand the key drivers behind this initiative and a compelling business case to convince management of the costs and benefits of this program. We will discuss the methodology used to define the processes based on best practices that exist within PCB IT. As PCB IT will be moving to a new operating model in the near future, we will explain how we went about fine-tuning the processes to fit the new operating model. We will also share qualitative and quantative results from the implementation so far, and round off the presentation with the roadmap for SPI within PCB IT.Speakers
