Terms of Business
The fee of £595 + vat for the 2 day conference permits the delegate:
- Access to all pre-booked conference sessions
- All conference handouts
- Lunch and refreshments during the schedule
Booking terms and conditions:
- All conference fees are payable on booking and may be paid by card, by bank transfer or by cheque to Lamri Ltd, Dundas House, The Aske Stables, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 5HG.
- As places are limited any late payment may mean that a pre-booked place may be allocated to someone else.
- Lamri reserve the right not to accept any booking.
- Delegate details will be made available to the event sponsors and exhibitors for purposes of Business to Business communication.
- Cancellations (which must be in writing):
- Any cancellation made before the 1st March 2011 will be refunded in full
- For any cancellation received after the 1st March 2011 no refund will be given. Lamri cannot accept cancellations that have not been received and is not responsible for lost cancellations however caused. A delegate booking can be transferred to any other person at any time but only with the written approval of Lamri
- In the case that Lami has to cancel the booking for any reason at any time a full refund will be made – except where:
- In the interests of security where a transfer to a 3rd party has not been pre-notified.
- Where a delegate has infringed any of these conditions or the dress code of the IoD or its health and safety regulations. Further details are available on request.
- Any loss, damage or delay is due to strikes, lockouts, Acts of God, Government restrictions, enemy action,civil commotion or other causes similar or dissimilar, beyond the control of the Organiser.
- Lamri reserves the right to alter or amend the programme without prior notice
- Delegates registration details will be passed to the sponsors for the purposes of business to business communication.
- Views expressed by speakers are their own, Lamri disclaim any liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or in any documentation provided to delegates.
- For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event.
